Welcome to my site. If you are interested in empty bottles, then this is where you should come now and then, to see what people are doing with theirs. I know their only glass bottles, but you can do virtually anything with them, like turning them into something useful, like containers to grow herbs in.
Cut the bottles about 5 inches from the bottom and sand the top edges. Then make a wall shelf wide enough to accommodate 5 containers and fill them with earth and plant different types of herbs in them so you have a ready supply of fresh herbs when you’re cooking, and it will freshen up the kitchen with lots of different herb scents.
Another idea was to cut the bottle 6ins from its base and sand off the sharp shards with sandpaper and fill the vessal with pens, which in my workshop is a definate bonus as I can never find a pen when I need one.
There are so many ideas that come to mind when you stand in your garden shed with an empty wine bottle in your hands. But if your stuck for something to turn your bottle into, then come back here now and again to find some great ideas.
